Please notify me by e-mail only before 24 hours of your cancellation or rescheduled appointment so I can give the time to a waiting client. Cancellation fee after 24 hours results in a $25 fee per hour of time booked, redemption of coupon, or loss of online deposit.  

 

You will always receive a confirmation e-mail from LKNReflexology@Gmail.com to first confirm your appointment, and then a courtesy reminder e-mail 24 hours before your appointment. If you are not receiving these notifications, please let me know! You can also add LKNReflexology@Gmail.com to your contacts list to prevent the e-mails from being spammed.

 

Failure to remember your own appointment is not the responsibility of Panteleimon Reflexology. Reminder e-mails are a courtesy. It is the client's responsibility to contact Panteleimon Reflexology immediately if they believe they are not getting a confirmation e-mail for the initial booking. Calling to cancel the day of the appointment to claim not receiving a confirmation e-mail results in an invoice for cancellation fees.

Cancellations are to be received by e-mail only at least 24 hours before your reschedule or cancellation. A cancellation in a text or Facebook message will under no circumstances be considered as a valid means of cancellation.

For late cancellations and no call/no show: You will receive an invoice from Panteleimon Reflexology, through PayPal, asking you to pay your cancellation fee. Sessions you have pre-paid for will be refunded at your request or a new appointment may be made after the cancellation fee has been paid in full prior to the new appointment. Failure to pay the cancellation fee results in automatic deletion of future appointments already scheduled.  If the cancellation fee is not honored, a refund will be made to you of pre-paid services after the deduction of the cancellation fee. Pre-Paid sessions are paid in full before appointments and do not expire. All cancellation policies apply per session. At written request, refunds will be given at full price minus PayPal reversal fees ($1.98 + $2.19) if requested within 30 days of purchase , 25% of price at 30-60 days, and no refunds after 60 days.

A Reminder for Remaining Clients with Groupon Vouchers: 

     Appointments must be made and attended within the expiration date. A rescheduled appointment outside of the expiration date will be charged the less cost of regular prices as per the Groupon terms of agreement for promotional value.
